Who we are
Eye Roller Gifts sells novelty and gag gifts online from Pine County, Minnesota. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Eye Roller Gifts, and "you" means the person placing an order or using the site. You can reach us at sales@eyerollergifts.com or (218) 366-9179.
What we sell
Our products are novelty gifts made for fun. Some include certificates, serial numbers, or warranty language written as a joke. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but screen colors and packaging details can differ slightly from what you receive.
Prices and sales tax
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and sale prices can change at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error, we will contact you and let you either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Minnesota sales tax is added at checkout on orders delivered to Minnesota addresses, based on the delivery address. Orders delivered to other states are not charged sales tax at this time. Depending on your state, you may owe use tax on your purchase.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your cart. We accept your order when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or the order cannot be delivered. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored on this website. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping on orders delivered to addresses in the United States. We do not ship outside the United States at this time. Orders ship with USPS. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date or time, and delivery times depend on the carrier. Please check your shipping address carefully before you place your order, because we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy is part of these terms. It covers the 30-day return window, return shipping, refund timing, and what to do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Accounts
You do not need an account to buy from us. Checkout is available as a guest. If we ever set up an account for you, keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Using this site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to interfere with the site, test its security, or copy it with automated tools without our permission.
Ownership of content
The text, photos, product names, logos, and designs on this site belong to Eye Roller Gifts or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limits on our liability
Our products are novelty items. To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the site and our products without any promise beyond what is stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
