Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's how our return policy works.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Condition of Return

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@eyerollergifts.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no return shipping required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@eyerollergifts.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
